Apple acknowledges a serious security flaw in iPhones

Apple has revealed serious security flaws in iPhones, iPads, and Macs that could make it easier for hackers to gain complete control over these devices.

In 2 security bulletins published by the company, it was said that the company is aware of this issue.

Experts advise users to update iPhone 6s and later models, several iPad models, and Mac computers running macOS Monterey.

The security issues described by Apple could allow a hacker to gain full administrative control over the device.

According to experts, public figures such as social workers or journalists can become it.
Apple did not specify how many users were affected by the security issue.

Commercial spyware companies such as Israel’s NSO Group are known for identifying and exploiting such vulnerabilities.

NSO Group is blacklisted by the US Department of Commerce, but its spyware has been used against journalists and human rights activists in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.

Apple said updates have been released for these security flaws and users should update their devices.
